Benjamin Lewin, Ph.D.

Founding Editor of Cell

Dr. Lewin is the founding editor of Cell, a leading international journal in the field of biology and, until 1999, also served as the chief executive officer of Cell Press, the publisher of Cell. Dr. Lewin has authored multiple books and scientific publications in the field of genetics. He holds an M.Sc. from the University of London and an M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge.
